The location was very good.
Taxis. Can't accerss hotel- have to take owm luggage through stteets. The room was cramped amd ahabblily furnished. Bathroom tiny - had to sit sideways to use toilet.. Very expensive for what it. Was. Restaurant service very poor. This hotel is just a tourist trap (room 43 offers no value for money

It has unbeatable location to see a large museum. And it's not too far away from downtown.

Decor of hotel. Beautiful old building. Excellent Location. Could hardly be better for visiting the old city. It is a small, quiet hotel, not an "international" hotel. No TV in rooms (which pleased us, it is not a criticism). Friendly staff. Large garden (although in March it was a bit too cold to sit out much.).
Not having coffee/tea making facilities in the room (a small point)

The units are wonderfully decorated with breakfast. Plus, the location is great and stunning, minutes from Sultanahmet District Square. The staff are outstandingly friendly and affable, managed the parking next to the hotel...

The proximity to the best sightseeing in Istanbul and the garden.
A little outdated furnishings and accessories.

All the staff were so pleasant and quite helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic. The garden out back for dining was beautiful too.

A perfect boutique hotel in the very centre of the old city. Each room filled with antiques and individually decorated. A glorious garden in which to dine, filled with trees and birds and flowers and an ancient marble fountain. Lovely greenhouse. Perfect staff. Miraculously and happily there is no television. Would recommend to anyone who has an ounce of romance in their soul.
